When it comes to mixing, the auger’s design ensures that the ration is cut uniformly and square, delivering consistent results every time. Furthermore, the precise positioning, size, and angle of the counter blades are essential for optimal ration mixing. If the counter blade is too small or incorrectly positioned, it will not effectively contribute to the process.

For an even and controlled discharge, the large one-meter-wide doors are strategically placed at the corners of the tub. This ensures optimal distribution of the ration. Unlike traditional designs where doors are positioned on the side, these discharge doors are placed directly on the auger’s trajectory, promoting a steady product flow and consistent fodder discharge. Plus, with two feed-out doors included as standard, feeding becomes even more efficient.

In addition to its performance, this diet feeder is designed with practicality in mind. The independent reinforced chassis provides exceptional stability and strength, making transport and loading easier and safer. Moreover, the slim drawbar enhances maneuverability, especially around sharp corners.
