We know that choosing a new piece of kit can be daunting, especially as our range continues to grow and there is so much choice. As a result, we have started to create a few easy step guides to help you when choosing a new bit of kit! This month we are looking at trailers.
Three simple steps to the right trailer
-
CHOOSE SIZE
What size do you need? Start by considering what, and how much you need the trailer to carry (think size and weight). Are you looking to move livestock & horses or are you wanting to take your quad or bike to the next tournament? If are only moving items around locally is an ATV a better choice for you? CHOOSE TYPE
What type of trailer do you need? Does it need to to be lockable? Do you need it totally enclosed for maximum protection, or would a canopy perfect? Do you need a grippy floor or are tie down point better? Do you want your trailer to have brakes? With some of the range you can even choose the colour! This is also where you think about accessories of your trailer, such a hitch locks, covers, bungies and straps.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
This part is where you can start tailoring your trailer to what suits you best. Do you need to be able to tip your trailer, or fold the sides down maybe? Would that make the jobs you have in mind easier? Do you need a loading ramp or a side door, or even a lamb door? Have you considered mesh sides? Does your trailer need a divider?
So much to choose from …….. If you are now feeling a bit overwhelmed, then why not give us a call we can talk you through exactly want you need a trailer for and we can do the rest for you!
