- Algae Removal: Eliminates green algae without needing a pre-treatment or fungicidal wash.
- Water-Based Penetration: Penetrates timber like a solvent-based preservative despite being water-based.
- Non-Hazardous: Pleasant disinfectant odour, ensuring a safer application.
- Fade Resistance: More fade-resistant than Creocote products, making it ideal for rough sawn timbers where it can soak into the grain.
