We were delighted to discover recently that our Agricultural Engineer Shane completed his two-year apprenticeship and received a distinction overall. A distinction for the Land-Based Service Engineer Level 2 qualification is a great achievement and very well-deserved.

From a very young age, Shane has been surrounded by agricultural machinery; you could say since holding a rattle, Shane was holding a spanner and working on tractors!

At just 13 years of age, Shane came to us with his Grandad and asked for a job. Starting as a Saturday lad and progressing to full time, Shane has become a key member of the team.
